CA. Amit Srivastava (Chairman and Managing Partner)
FCA, DISA, FAFP, CCA, MBA
Amit Srivastava is the founder partner and had established the firm in the year 2002. He had been qualified Chartered Accountant since year 2002 and have an experience in almost every field of profession since then whether related to Audit, Taxation, Management Consultancy, Business Establishment or any other matter. Academically, he has completed DISA, Concurrent Audit of Banks, Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection courses from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds degree of Masters in business Administration in Finance. He is the guiding force to the firm.
CA. Vinaya Kumar (Senior Partner)
He has been associated with the firm since 2004 and has been guiding star of the firm. He is a practising Chartered Accountant since 1999 and since has been peer in various corporate related matters. He also holds masters in Commerce and is basically takes care of firm matters related to corporate matters and Business Formulation.
CA. G Kesoram (Senior Partner)
With vast knowledge and exemplary record spanning for more than 36 years, he has been associated with firm since 2015. He had a vast experience in holding Various senior positions in several corporates in the field of Finance and Commercial matters. He brings to the firm an ocean of knowledge and experience. He is serving the firm and is responsible for advisory and consultancy services to large corporate and multi-national organisations.

Legal Advisor and Vice-President (Procurement)
Highly qualified, she is registered Advocate in High Court and also Masters in Business Administration in Human Resource. She has a vast experience in Legal matters as she has worked with top Advocate firms in UP, Bihar and Jharkhand. Currently, she handles the legal drafting, contract vetting, employee agreements, and allied advisory. With her included in our team, the clients get complete solutions to all their legal problems. She also handles all legal matters of the firm.
Z. Saquib
Head Operations and Audit
He holds degree in Masters of Business Administration in Finance and has a experience of more than 10 years with the firm handling various audits and operations of the firm. Highly skilled, he is responsible for overall internal operations and audit of the firm. He also handles and guides matters relating to private and Government sector.
Ruchi Srivastava
Partner
Ruchi Srivastava is associated with the firm for the last Seventeen years and has been handling Operations, Analysis, Client satisfaction, Human Resource and overall Administration of the firm since then. She is responsible for all Human Resource Activities of the firm whether pertaining to procurement, placement, advisory, escalation, promotion or any other related matter. She had passed Cost and Management Accountant course and has fantastic record since. She manages the happiness index of the overall Human resource.
