Amit Srivastava, Founder-Partner, established the firm in 2002 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the same year. He possesses over two decades of intensive, cross-functional professional experience, spanning the full breadth of the practice. His core domains include Statutory, Internal and Concurrent Audits, Direct and Indirect Taxation, and high-end Strategic and Management Advisory. He routinely advises on business structuring, establishment, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Srivastava has led and advised complex, multi-layered engagements across diverse sectors, integrating technical exactitude with commercial realism. He has completed DISA, Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection, and Concurrent Audit of Banks certifications conducted by ICAI. He also holds an MBA in Finance, reinforcing his expertise in financial strategy, risk governance, and corporate decision-making.
As the firm’s principal architect, he provides strategic leadership, professional stewardship, and institutional oversight, ensuring uncompromising standards of ethics, quality, and client value.

SENIOR PARTNER
He has been associated with the firm since 2004 and has remained a guiding force in its growth and development. A practising Chartered Accountant since 1999, he brings over two decades of extensive experience in handling complex corporate and commercial matters. He is widely regarded as a trusted advisor in corporate and business-related engagements. Academically, he holds a Master’s degree in Commerce. Within the firm, he leads corporate advisory, business structuring, and business formulation functions.

Ms. Ruchi Srivastava has been associated with the firm for the last seventeen years and plays a pivotal role in managing its operations and administrative framework. She oversees operational analysis, client satisfaction, and overall firm administration, ensuring seamless internal functioning. She is fully responsible for the firm’s Human Resource lifecycle, including recruitment, placement, advisory, escalation, and career progression. A passed Cost and Management Accountant, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional professional competence. She also leads initiatives to enhance employee engagement and maintain a high human resource happiness index across the organization.
SHWETA SRIVASTAVA
LEGAL ADVISOR AND VICE PRESIDENT
Shweta Srivastava is a highly qualified legal and human resources professional, being a registered Advocate with the High Court and holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resources). She brings extensive hands-on experience in legal practice, having worked with leading law firms across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Jharkhand. She presently leads legal drafting, contract vetting, employee documentation, and allied legal advisory services for clients. Her inclusion ensures comprehensive, end-to-end legal solutions under a single professional umbrella. She also independently manages and oversees all legal matters of the firm, ensuring robust compliance and risk mitigation.
